Status of Olivet Church Appeal
Pursuant to the decision of the Indiana Supreme Court, the POV is now engaged in matters preliminary to a trial in the Vanderburgh Circuit Court, including a motion for change of venue, which now has been granted. In the meantime the POV has asked the United States Supreme Court to review the decision of the Indiana Supreme Court. The procedure for this is to file a petition for a writ of certiorari, a copy of which may be read by clicking on the link below:
